Bad Product Quality

Consequences Bad Product Quality In recent times retailers and wholesalers are bound by a return policy in case of a bad product Because all online e-commerce platforms have a demand which consists a seller can only sell on their platform if they agree on a product return policy, In this modern era customers also prefer to buy from such stores who offer this policy to avoid their loss in case of the faulty product. And In this whole process, if a supplier delivers faulty products, The retailer and wholesaler have to suffer and lose thousands of dollars annually with their reputation being compromised. Mostly Apparel and Towels buyers are affected by it as institutional textiles and bed linen can be used in case of any fault and they can get away with a claim to supplier, but when it comes to towels and apparel if there is even a small fault the customer claims without a single second wasted as these products are reused for months and years due to their long-lasting.   The solution to this problem is Buyer (retailers and wholesalers) should be very careful while buying from manufacturers and keep a strong eye to do that either they should appoint their own QC or a third-party inspection team on Manufactures site or they can take assistance from buying/sourcing companies to buy their products as they offer to provide quality assurance and with variety of suppliers to buy from.
